Role & Responsibilities
1. Recruit and hire new Financial Advisors (part-time associates).
2. Provide training, development, and motivation to the team.
3. Drive motor insurance business through the recruited advisors.
Additional Information
Preferred candidate profile
1. Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience in insurance sales (any channel).
2. A Bachelor's degree or above.
3. Candidates must be local residents of Challakere | Kadur | Mangalore
