The Organization: Marketing Operations (MO)

The Marketing Operations (MO) team is an operational arm of Chegg Marketing and is critical to its success. The team is involved in acquiring customers through multiple marketing channels like organic search, paid search, email, social, affiliate, and display. Going beyond customer acquisition, MO participates in analyzing students' behavioral trends to enable better business outcomes. The team also monitors and assesses the industry landscape to generate actionable insights.
Position Summary:
The position is in Cheggs Delhi office. The individual will be responsible for the governance of the
digital asset management (DAM) platform, analyzing requirements of asset discovery, and managing the assets created/existing in Chegg. Over time, the individual is expected to understand, develop, and implement asset optimizations techniques.
You are proactive, organized, precise, and care deeply about design libraries and user experience.
You approach problems with a strategic mindset and solve them collaboratively. You are also an
excellent communicator. In this role, you will act as a partner to both the creative marketing teams and users of creatives in Chegg.
Responsibilities:
A Creative Media Management Associate is expected to work directly with stakeholders from the
global Creative marketing team and other associate teams such as SEO, Brand partnerships,
Affiliates, Product and assist them on campaign requests related to landing page development
initiatives. The work involves (but is not limited to):
•Managing projects and tickets received via Jira or similar Project management tool
•Build and optimize processes in collaboration with stakeholders to improve workflows
•Locate job tickets, final assets for work orders
•Ensure proper naming conventions and number of assets are accounted for
•Upload assets to DAM while maintaining desired formatting and/or derivative
•Create collections of assets and publish public links to stakeholders
•Receive asset collection requests and deliver accordingly
•Govern Metadata create new terms and streamline workflows
•Collect Data on search term usage
•Run advanced searches in a DAM system using metadata to locate assets for collection
•Add detailed metadata to individual assets
•Update job tickets to include DAM asset collections
•Understand asset optimizations and derivatives on Cloudinary
Requirements:
•1-3 years of experience in Project and Process management
•Certification in six sigma and lean
•Eye for detail and focus on process adherence
•Strong time management ethics and coming up with smart ways to complete assigned work
•Ability to communicate confidently with cross team audiences in different global offices and
time zones
•A proactive thinker, problem solver, and effective multitasker
Preferred:
•Work experience with Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, Miro, Cloudinary
