Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction
Welcome and support customers with professionalism and respect
Validate service requests and gather customer feedback
Inform customers about repair progress
Diagnosis
Assess and diagnose scooters for necessary repairs
Update diagnosis reports in the Workshop Management System
Execute and inspect repairs as per customer needs
Additional Information
System Management
Monitor and update customer complaints in real-time
Operate Workshop Management System and ensure compliance
Update operational status and ETA in CRM and WMS systems
Monitor scooter health in the Telematics Command Centre
Technical Repairs
Possess comprehensive knowledge of OLA Scooters
Conduct repair and replacement of scooter parts
Stay informed about OLA technical curriculum and EV developments
