Job Responsibilities:

Final Mile is looking for a Behavioral Science Intern. As part of the final mile team, you will be involved in a study to understand vaccine attitudes of individuals in 3 geographies.

We are looking for interns to support us in one of our ongoing research studies. The intern is expected to

• Take ownership of the data collection process across different geographies. This includes administering surveys using linkedin, facebook ads etc.
• Work with partners in different geographies during data collection process
• Clean and manage the data collected
• Support in research participant s recruitment activities like scheduling interviews, maintaining research status etc.
• Coordinate with research team for the interviews and data management
• Support research activities such as research instrument design and data analysis

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Economics/Public Policy/Business Administration/Sociology or any related social sciences field
• 1-2 project experience in data management and data cleaning for medium to large data sets using packages like SPSS, Python, Stata or R
• Experience in managing Facebook ads can be helpful
