Type of employment: Consultant mode with Smarterbiz.ai
Nature of a job: Customer Support (Voice Process, Outbound - Query & Complain resolution)
Timings: Rotational shift of 9 hrs. (Including 1 hr.break) between 7am to 11pm anytime, rotational 1 day week off
Fresher or Experienced, any field welcome, should be 18+
Must have Aadhar Card & PAN Card in hand.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Mandatory 9 hours of login time including productive call handling time and Idle time and at least 25 working days in the month.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints
- Know the products inside and out so that you can answer queries and resolve complaints
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
- Maintain positive, empathetic and a professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum qualification is Graduation (should hold a valid full time Graduation certificate)
- English & Hindi languages (proficiency in both languages is a must)
- Must have a Laptop or a Computer (good working condition)
- Android mobile phone (preferably a latest version)
- High speed internet connectivity (preferably Broadband/Wifi)
