Responsible of document creation and management in a Salesforce or Apttus(Conga) /Apex technology. Including creating high quality pdf/word documents filled with Salesforce data.

Understand CPQ principles and functions including product catalog/modeling, multi-dimensional quoting (MDQ), product and pricing rules, option constraints, discount schedules, quote template creation, bundle and nested bundle products and Salesforce security and sharing models.

With guidance, complete projects within CPQ and Salesforce including product, pricing, and discount configuration, X-Author template administration, and page layout UI improvements, and workflows and approvals Develop, architect, and support Salesforce CPQ products/bundles and pricing.

Understand the interactions of the sales and contracting process as it relates to Salesforce CPQ.

Generate reports and dashboards and analyze data to clearly demonstrate relevant business impact

Perform development, configuration and support duties related to other CRM (i.e. Salesforce.com) and sales enablement tools on an as needed basis.

Understand data management, maintenance, and conversions; and develop applications to load data into Salesforce.

Knowledge of interfaces, data quality, and data simplification routines.

Functional Area Skills/Knowledge:

  • Functional and technical experience and knowledge with Salesforce is required.
  • Salesforce CPQ certification a plus.
  • Python or other high level programming languages is a plus.
  • Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence background is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and engage team members as needed.
  • Experience documenting and analyzing processes, procedures and/or policies.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
