Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive's who will primarily focus on customer acquisition, Lead generation and prospect management. Also, who can research client business referrals, network, and web leads, provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered, and additional presentations as needed. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue. We have PAN India Openings for the same profile.

Eligibility:-

BDE - Freshers [Already Graduate] or up to 6 months of experience in the relevant field

Sr.BDE - 8 Months or above of experience in the relevant field

AM - 1.5 years or above of experience in the relevant field

BDM - 3 years of experience or above in the relevant field

Working Days:- 6 Days a week, Monday Off.

Language Known: English, Hindi

Key Responsibilities:
Three primary responsibilities:
 

1. Identifying new sales leads
2. Pitching products and/or services
3. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers

Under Lead Generation, day-to-day duty will typically include:
 

  • Researching individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Other day-to-day duty includes:
  • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
  • Closing sales and working with client through closing process
  • Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
  • Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments.
  • Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
