Job Description

Telesales

Identification of new business opportunities through cold calling prospects generated by external sources of lead

KPI's :

New Business
• Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process
• Create and deliver qualified opportunities to the Sales Manager
• Maintain and expand the company database of prospects
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to determine necessary strategic sales approaches /
campaigns
• Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position

Management of Accounts
• Make regular follow up calls to existing customers and develop the business through up
selling and cross selling
• Penetrate all targeted accounts and increase sales from within existing client base
• Provide weekly sales reports
• Provide monthly data analysis gains / losses / projections in CRM Roles and Responsibilities
