Job Description:You will begin in an individual contributors role, working in a team of go-getters to help spread the Byjus way of Learning in your city. You would be showcasing the unique Byjus way of Learning to students and parents and will be responsible for mentoring and sales in your designated zone.
Training: All selected candidates will be part of a 6 weeks training process under the Business Development Trainee profile at stipend of Rs 37,500/- + Incentive + 6000/-.
Upon successful completion of training candidates will be promoted to the role of Business Development Associates (BDA) - Direct Sales, Also, only after confirmation to the BDA role, they will start work at their 'Role Location'.
The CTC as a BDA will be given as:INR 700000 PA fixed pay + INR 300000 PA performance pay
Preferred Skill Sets:
- Having a keen interest and deep understanding of the Indian education sector.
- Interested in mentoring and guiding students.
- Having a knack for sales
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Candidate should be a Graduate / Post Graduate
- Age should not be more than 29
- Should be willing to do Field Sales
- Should have a laptop with wifi/Dongle facility at home
