Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for Controlling cost on stationary, consumables, staff welfare, monthly meetings
etc.

2. Maintain the budgeted manning at cinema with quick replacements for vacant positions.

3. Timely Onboarding, Induction and orientation.

4. Maintaining employee database on HRIS, timely entry of new joiners and exit of separating
employees adhering to the TAT.

5. Maintaining personnel files of employees with required documents.

6. Responsible for biometric Enrollment for new joinees & Deactivation for exits.

7. Payroll and Attendance management (sharing inputs with Regional HR)

8. Errorless Attendance for payroll Processing with 100% accuracy.

9. Responsible for Audit Reports and Ratings achieved in HR dept of the cinema.

10. Responsible for Sending Reports / MIS on weekly / monthly basis to HR SPOC

11. Complete the exit formalities of separating employees.

12. Uniform Management.

13. Maintaining training records conducted at cinemas.

14. Employee Engagement activities.

15. Employee Grievances.

16. Maintaining Statutory Registers at cinemas.

Graduate & Post Graduate with minimum 1year of experience in HR
