Roles and Responsibilities
Overall responsibility of delivering personalized services to exceed the expectation of the VIP patients in Presidential Suite/Grand Suite/Junior Suite.
- Ensure comfortable stay of the VIP patients through effective delivery of services in coordination of the other departments within the hospital.
- Gather information pertaining to the likes, dislikes, traits of the VIP patients. E.g.- Food habits, Allergens from previous visits
- Make necessary arrangements according to the information gathered.
- Coordinate with the dietitian for any given food preferences given by the VIP patient so that the health of the patient is not affected.
- Coordinate with the kitchen for priority delivery of all the meals.
- Ensure personalized service of food at all meals so that the VIP patient/relative has comfortable stay in the hospital.
- Update Hygiene records
- Update butler log book
Desired Candidate Profile
- Hotel Management Graduate
- Knowledge of Multiple Indian Languages and Foreign languages- additional advantage
- Minimum 2 years experience in F & B
- Experience in butler service
