Primary Responsibilities:
- "Business Tax: Role specific skillsets:- The candidate shall be responsible for: Providing holistic tax solutions to Client tax issues considering domestic tax and international tax.

Business Tax:
To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have,
The candidate should have exposure in the following areas of Taxation:
Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1-3 years of experience in Direct Tax
Should have knowledge of FEMA.
Good IT skills i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in handling TDS matters
Preparing income tax returns of corporates and individuals
Handling preliminary inquiries raised by clients
Should have client facing ability
To read and interpret DTAA
Experience of income tax proceedings.
Reviewing data entry done by juniors.
International Tax:
1. 1.5 - 3 years experience in Income tax compliance, planning and advisory Representation before tax authorities
2. Knowledge on interpretation of double tax avoidance agreements
3. Basic understanding on Transfer Pricing
4. Working knowledge on International tax structuring
5. Working knowledge of Domestic Tax and Compliances
6. Experience in/exposure to FEMA will be an added advantage
7. Proven leadership abilities
8. Very good communication skills including legal/technical drafting
9. Very good interpersonal skills
10. Good analytical and process skills
Legal:
An LL.B (Optional - CS degree) along with prior exposure of 3 - 4 years on the corporate law side
Excellent written and communication skills
A dynamic personality with enthusiasm and passion to keep abreast with changing laws and regulations
An ability to interact with regulatory agencies with clarity and precision.
