Job Location Chennai / Gurgaon

Job Title YSA ( Chat Process )

Work Shifts 9.5 hours a day.

Working Days 5 days working (Monday to Friday)

Transport Currently Work From Home however once office resumes, nodal pick up and drop facility will be provided

Work Type – 6 months of Contractual Role.

Skills Required: Non Voice,Chat Process,Back Office, customer Service,Customer Support,Customer Care,Documentation,Email Process,Claims Processing,Backend Operations

Other Requirements :

Requirements-

• Must have wifi connectivity with a speed of at least 25 MBPS.
• Must have a laptop/ desktop.
• Good communication skills.
• Good typing speed.

Roles And Responsibilities-

• Understand all applications and tools required to day to day job
• Understand how to navigate the claims SOPs
• Understand all YSA plan types and relation to claims processing
• Have a working knowledge of key clients and variances therein (details to be found in the SOP)
• Review and process claims successfully in the system with quality and timeliness
• Reach out to managers when clarity or assistance is needed
• Recording/Capturing allocated work correctly on designated tools i.e. E-WAT.
• Complete allocated work on time and with 100% quality

Desired Candidate Profile

Must be graduate in any stream.
