Description
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to farmers (renters, rentees and operators)
- Identify the needs of farmers, resolve issues and provide solutions.
- Guide and assist farmers in using the app (For registration, renting etc)
- Facilitate farmers through SMS and calls
- Share information about farm mechanization
- Ensure to follow the script provided by the company for uniformity.
- Also, be well read on company policies and the website for FAQs or policy related answers.
- Maintain good relations with farmers and take follow-up from registered farmers
- Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.
- Maintain records of the conversations with the farmer and enter data.
- Write and discuss targets and farmer queries with the reporting manager.
- Knowledge on Customer Relation Management
- Worked in a Call Center minimum 1 year
