Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills
2. Career-oriented mind-set.
3. Candidate should be comfortable with making outbound calls, attending incoming calls resolving queries, providing required information.
4. Should be a student-centric individual, ready to help and solve queries to the fullest extent possible.
5. High EQ and a good listener, with Persuasion and Influencing Skills, being a good team player.
6. Freshers are welcome to apply. Fluent English communication is preferred. Proficiency in Local Language ( Marathi ) would be an advantage.
