Roles Responsiblity
1) Bay Ka Maalik (BKM): He will be responsible for maintenance of aparticular bay.
2) Maintaining expiry Tracker: responsible for reducing the expiry inhis/her bay.
3) Daily PIHV, SEL Updation and Dry DC Receiving and unloading withunloaders
4) Stock / FV receiving: responsible for receiving anddisplaying stock as received from Distribution centre.
5) Cashiering: Responsible for doing the billing for the customersand ensuring proper customer service and fast billing
6) Bay Management: fronting- facing, dusting and plannogramming forthe allocated bay.
7) Daily Shelf Edge label: Change of price display sticker on dailybasis.
8) Maintenance of vigilance and smooth exit of customers from thestore
9) Stock Replenishment and Top-top Management
10) MRP updation in system
11) Culling and Cleaning Process of FV and executing FVDisplay
12) Home Delivery for customers as when required
