Roles and Responsibilities:
- To participate, as a member of Credit/Debit fraud case processing team, in providing functional, administrative and operational services to our clients with regard Credit/Debit fraud case processing
- Communicates with customers on exceptions and hand-offs.
- Attends training sessions to keep abreast of changes in the respective domain/compliance
- Undertakes special assignments as appropriate
12 months - 60 months experience being part of at least one of the areas within the below functions:
- Experience of working in Cards processing domain
- Card fraud processing experience is preferred
- Awareness of card regulations is desirable
Location: Pune
