Roles and Responsibilities

We are hiring at Startek Aegis(Noida) for Work from Office

Associate need to handle Customer Inbound /Outbound calls / E-mail and Chat

Open Positions - 800

Pre- Requisites:

  • Must be an Indian Citizen & resident and should be 19 years of age.
  • The candidate should be good in English and Hindi.
  • Day Shifts / 24*7
  • Six days Working with 1 rotational week-off.

Eligibility Criteria: - 

Graduate/Under Graduate(any degree) and Fresher/Experienced (0-1 yrs)

Job Role: -

1. Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

2. Handling Inbound/Outbound calls / Email and Chat (Domestic process)

3. Positive attitude and commitment to grow with the organization
