Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Make calls to Customers to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with product/services
  • Engage in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying feedback information and diffusing upset customers
  • Document all pertinent end user identification information and update in CRM
  • Build rapport and elicit problem details from Customers
  • Identify and escalate priority issues

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Must have excellent communication skills and an active listener
  • Must have interpersonal skills to communicate with customers & and be patient with customers -high energy level
  • Must have strong computer skills - good data entry and typing skills
