Job Description

We are hiring for Kannad and Marathi language

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Making Outbound calls
  • Calling customers basis data given by the supervisor
  • Speaking to customer basis provided information (Sales or Service)
  • Collecting Information from the customer basis provided Survey guidelines
  • Establish good customer relationships and keeping customers informed throughout
  • Use of multiple online systems and portals to access helpful guides
  • Resilience through handling complaint objections and escalating to TL if and when required
  • Collecting Relevant Surveys and Incorporating them on application basis customer feedback

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised
  • Target driven
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts between Monday-Sunday

 

Education -Any Graduates

Experience Required - Freshers / Experienced (with 6 months)

Shift Timings - 6 Day Running Process Shift Window : 8am-10pm
