We Are Hiring For Customer Service Officer For Pune Kondhwa
Job Objective
- Job holder will report to Customer Service Manager and will be instrumental in channelizing different CS tasks:
- Making calls for lead conversion, collection management, repeat loan customer conversion and customer service calls.
- Coordinating with branches on mails and phone
- Preparing branch and call related MIS.
Job will be measured on achievement of desired milestones in time and with quality of results.

Skills Required:
- Good Business Communication skills written as well as verbal
- Good interpersonal & Team working skills
- Good skills in Excel
- A strong drive to achieve and implement key organization objectives
Qualification : Any Degree (Graduate)
Languages : Gujarati , Marathi
Experience & Academic Qualification
- Commerce Graduate preferably B.com
- Candidate with prior call-centre experience.
- Should be well versed with excel.
- Preferred from Finance industry
- Good Communication skills
