INBOUND

Job Designation: Customer Support Executive.

Job Location: Noida

Employment Type: Full Time

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Cater inbound calls received on customer support toll-free.
  • Maintain low AHT with excellent resolution on each inbound call.
  • Document each customer's question or problem as well as the resulting answer or solution.
  • Handling customer escalation by objection handling and bringing the complaint to closure with appropriate resolution as per the process.
  • Deliver excellent customer service adhering to current SLAs, targets, quality procedures, and standards.

Job Specification:

  • Graduate of any bachelor's degree.
  • Highly efficient with verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preferably with Edtech experience.
  • Customer-centric attitude and good Retention Skills
  • Problem-solving
  • Adaptability
  • Multi-tasking Skills

RETENTION

Job Designation: Customer Support Executive.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent Probing skills to identify the root cause of the issue/problem.
  • Excellent Retention skills to retain maximum users from cancellation.
  • Meet the target of Retention.
  • Address any issue/challenge faced by the student in using the Application and resolve the same.
  • Document each customer's question or problem as well as the resulting answer or solution.
  • Handling escalation and bringing to closure with appropriate resolution as per the process.
  • Deliver excellent customer service adhering to current SLAs, targets, quality procedures, and standards

  • Onboarding Calling to Teachers to inform and explain the application USPs.
  • Make users interested in teachers' application USPs and engage the teachers for the use of the application.
  • Schedule Demo and conduct them effectively and efficiently
  • Document each customer's question or problem as well as the resulting answer or solution.
  • Handling escalation and bringing to closure with appropriate resolution as per the process.
  • Deliver excellent customer service adhering to current SLAs, targets, quality procedures, and standards
