We have been in the market for the last 13 years operating different verticals in PAN India. We provide education learning techniques across India, Singapore, Kuwait, UAE, and South Africa.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Retention Calling to customers who are not paying the EMI of the purchased subscription.
  • EMI Collection calling to collect the bounced and pending EMIs.
  • Retain users by engaging them with Extra marks application USPs
  • Document each customer’s query/concern as well as the resulting with answer or solution.
  • Handling escalation and bring to closure with appropriate resolution as per the process.
  • Deliver excellent customer service adhering to current SLA’s, targets, quality procedures, and standards

Job Specification:

  • Graduate of any bachelor’s degree.
  • Highly efficient with verbal and written communication skills.
  • Retention and Collection Calling Experience
  • Preferably with Edtech experience.
  • Customer-centric attitude and good Retention Skills
  • Problem-solving
  • Adaptability
