Additional Information
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. 4+ years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably within a call centre or customer service environment.
3. Proficient in data tools such as SQL, Python, R, and Excel.
4. Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
5. Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
