Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Think Strategic

(a) Big Picture Perspective: Is able to understand the impact of individual performance to meet / improve own targets

(b) Business Acumen: Demonstrates basic knowledge and ability to use various applications / tools related to the function / engagement At an individual level complies with do's & dont's of policies, procedures& regulation as applicable to the engagement / function Is aware of metric applicable to the role Has the knowledge of policies, procedures and regulatory compliance and can guide employees appropriately Drive Results

(c) Planning & Organizing: Will work to achieve towards a conducive environment for employee satisfaction ensuring discipline and hygiene is maintained at workplace. Proactively Connecting with employees to control attrition Partner with Recruitment as a New Joiners SPOC in Hawk & Induction Partner with C&B for Performance Management Process Coordination (Confirmation, Anniversary, Annual Appraisals), Bank Account formalities, IJP/Transfer Letters of stakeholders.

(e) Accountability Acquiring knowledge & skills of related areas of the process Grievances Handling through Skip Level Meetings/Floor Walks/one-on-ones. Conducting Employee Fun activities/ Sports &Games Activities; Preparation/Sending Birthday Mailers. Exit Process Co-ordination (Activity Handover, Exit Interview, Clearance formalities). ER Process Manual adherence (IJP, Transfers, Skip Level Meetings, Performance Appraisal, Grievances Handling, Exits). ER Metrics (IJP, Employee Engagement, Skip Level, Performance Appraisal, PIP, Exit Analysis) Make effective call backs for no show employees Maintaining & updating ER trackers

g) Relationship Building Ensure employees are satisfied while interacting with the ER team member & they are given quick resolutions Escalate Pending Issues of employees to supervisor / appropriate function Co-ordination with other departments Be Polite with all employees

h) Passion for excellence Floor co-ordination for more employee connectivity and thus early warning on attrition HR Touch point (Attendance, Letters, Salary issues, Grievances, Performance Appraisals, IJP, Transfers)

i) Managing Self Understand the company policies and adhere to it diligently, basic professional standards and established procedures, policies before taking action and taking decisions. Adhere to attendance and punctuality norms Assumes responsibility for work activities and coordinating efforts
