Roles and Responsibilities
- To personally greet the VIPs and other affluent people at each touch point with correct salutation
- Service on seat, suggestive & Up selling, providing services as per GC SOPs
- Software / POS handling
- Escort VIPs and other affluent people to lounge area on their arrival
- Efficient Cash handling, inventory management at POS
- Customer query handling
- Well versed with Movie synopsis and genre
- Maintaining all required registers for Gold Class
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduation /Post Graduate with certificate course or diploma in hospitality/Hotel Management/Aviation/Retail
