Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Will be part of the NSC team to handle customer calls and payment mapping
  • Handle Inbound & outbound calls
  • Coordinating with internal teams for planning training

  • Good communication skills (Hindi and English), Customer Service,Problem Solving, Logical Reasoning, Good Analytical Skills, Documentation Skills.
