Description
Role:
Reach out to the existing customers over the phone, to provide service and to perform upselling
Job Summary:
1. Making outbound calls to explain our product features and how to utilize them to the best extent, while resolving customer queries
2. Retain and renew customers, and maximize revenue by upselling
3. Build a strong relationship with customers by understanding their requirement and suggesting the right product to them
4. Its 80% #sales and 20% #servicing
Experience:
1. It is an individual contributor role
2. Must be a Graduate and have experience
3. Laptop is mandatory
4. Internet Connection is mandatory
5. Day Job (Working hours 9am to 6pm)
