About the role:
Urban Ladder is looking for Site Measurement Executive, preferably with 3-5 years of experience in the Modular and Home Interiors Industry. This position will focus on day-to-day site visits for taking measurements for the interior projects segment. Should be willing to learn and contribute to a challenging and booming environment. The candidate possesses a sound knowledge of how things work in a modular industry.
What you will do
- Report to the Installation Manager
- Travelling to sites
- Taking measurements on sites
- Drafting of the measurements on AutoCAD / Sketch-up
- Taking pictures / videos of the entire project
- Update site initial condition
- Interaction with Designers
- Adherence to system & process
What you will need
- Should be thorough in all modular products & accessories aspects.
- Experience in reading CAD drawings.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to create good rapport with internal & external stakeholders
Pre-requisites
- Diploma Interiors/Civil preferred
- Experience in drafting - AutoCAD / Sketch-up
- 3-5 years experience in interior industry
- Experience in measurement taking for interior works
- Must have two-wheeler and willing to travel
