Roles and Responsibilities

• Performance reporting and analysis:
• MIS reports preparation on performance (Weekly and Monthly).
• Variance Analysis: Budget vs Actuals and highlighting deviations from standard.
• Quarterly reports and decks to be prepared and circulated to the Management, Board, Investors, etc.
• Preparation of consolidated budget based on the inputs received from all Centre to analyze the inputs, consolidate all assumptions and drive to final closure.
• Providing ad-hoc reports as requested by stakeholders from time-to-time to Management, etc. Debt and capex forecasting and analysis.
   

Desired Candidate Profile

• Soft skills: Communication and Interpersonal skills for liaising with Centre Heads, Reporting to management, etc.
• Relevant experience in health care or detailed FP&A / Business Finance / Business Support appreciated.
• Skill full at identifying problems/issues and problem-solving.
• Good at Excel & PPT. Knowledge of working in an ERP / BI tool will be an added advantage.
• Creative thinking & execution for quick closure of activities.
