Job Role:
- Good Communication Skills
- Handling calls and resolving the queries.
- Provide Back end services to Clients for Customer Service
- Engaged in handling inbound calls or chat of different business Units
- Provide World Class Customer Service.
- End to End Customer handling
- Need to maintain Accuracy in Reports
- You would be engaged in Shared Services of BPO Unit
Eligibility
- Shift: Flexible with all shifts and rotational off.
- Exp: Any
- Location: Brookfield
- Qualification: 12th Minimum/ Hindi Graduation Mandatory
- Process: Domestic Voice process
