Teleperformance is Hiring for Team Leader, Voice process inbound/outbound.
Location: Hebbal & Marathalli (Work from office)
Candidate must have Inbound or Outbound customer service, banking process or any voice process background knowledge in BPO and working as a Team Leader/ Lead in Operations department on papers for minimum 1.6 year
Should have Hands-on experience in Team management and KPI's like AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition, Occupancy, Rostering, NPS/Csat and Dsat calculations
Should have managed Team and worked towards bottom quartile.
Salary: 20000 To 3000 CTC
