Role - Webapps Support Engineer

Role:
The candidate will be providing technical support for the Enterprise customers.
He/she will act as the primary technical contact, and deliver advanced technical troubleshooting and problem resolution for the issues escalated to the highest level of management.
Skills :
- 0 to 1 years or Freshers who havent been absorbed by the job market yet (B.Sc-Comp, BCA, MSc/MTech-Computer, MCA, B.E/B.Tech - only from computers / electronics stream 2018/2019/2020/2021 passed outs)
- Course done on .Net programming language.(Mandatory)
- Language capability critical Excellent English communication Skill since will be working with North American Clients.
