Roles and Responsibilities
Hiring Hindi Domestic Inbound / Outbound Voice Process Only Bangalore Candidates preferred
Non Bangalore Candidates wont be entertained
Process Name: Domestic Inbound / Outbound voice process
Should be knowing Banking Hindi all Numbers
- Require candidates who speaks average in English and good in Hindi
(should be able to translate numbers in Hindi)
- Candidates have to report to office from Day 1
- Location: GR Tech Park, Whitefield Road, Bangalore
- Qualification: 12th passed is minimum
- Salary: Take home 16000(remains the same for both fresher and experienced)
- Number of position: 50
- Weekly off: one rotational off in a week
- Shift:
During Training Rotational shift
Post Training: Female: 6am 7pm (any 9 hours between this window)
Male: Rotational shift
During lockdown 2-way transport provided at a common point, as the mode of the transport is bus)
Post lockdown one-way cab (deduction of 1K from take home)
- Candidate should be located within 15 to 20kms Near Whitefield Location)
- Request the team to check if the candidate has taken first level of vaccination if not the candidate has to take it within 10 days after he joins.
