1. The candidate will be responsible for handling end to end recruitment's, job posting on Naukri / LinkedIN.
2. Sourcing, Screening, interviewing candidates through various job portals, references.
3. Employee Documentation will be a key responsibility.
4. Coordination with plant locations for employee related concerns.
5. Offer negotiation and offer generation.
6. Making sure smooth onboarding of employees.
7. Maintaining HRMS
