Roles and Responsibilities
Job Summary: To plan, organize and create exemplary lesson plans for secondary learning environment that guides teachers to develop and fulfill student’s holistic education.
Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to the following:
- Plan, prepare and create lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate active learning.
- Integrate relevant technological links to support & differentiate instructions.
- Receive and inculcate feedback in the lesson plans.
-Observe, Evaluate & Reflect self-performance to adjust planning and teaching approaches/strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Skillset:
- Indepth academic understanding for grades 6th to 10th
- Knowledge of pedagogical approaches and strategies.
- Ability to handle deadlines.
- Planning, Analysing & Creativity.
Expectations:
- Learning attitude
- Knowledge of Curriculum Development Models, such as Blooms Taxonomy
- Knowledge of tools and resources used in Digital Education.
- Proficiency in English
- Familiarization with Microsoft Office 365
