Job Description
Be the operational backbone of HR excellence for one of the largest FCs in INOPS network supporting a Head Count of about 2500 Associates. We work with the mission of "Getting People on Floor and Listening to them very well"
Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
*Head Count Fulfilment
Day to day head count planning to ensure the operational ask is met by leading the daily planning exercise at the site
*Associate Voices
Be the custodian of Associate voices at the site , ensure timely and quality closure across all the listening mechanisms
Ensure and audit the quality of resolution of voices
Grievance Handling and utilizing ACL mechanisms to proactively sense ER issues
*Reporting
Lead the mechanism of daily reports at the site including DDD deck, HRIS Hygiene report, DT trackers amongst other
Ensure 100% accuracy of all the reports
*Stakeholder Management
Lead the shift along with agency representatives and be the first POC for Area Managers in the shift
Co-ordinate with CTK team for payroll , leave and WFS team for hiring fulfilment

Your daily focus divides into three key areas: 50% dedicated to front line associate support—listening, problem-solving, and delivering solutions in real-time. 30% committed to operational oversight, monitoring shift wash compliance and maintaining operational continuity. 20% invested in agile response to ad hoc challenges and active participation in site-level enhancement projects that drive meaningful improvements to the associate experience.
Additional Information
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ months of human resources experience
- 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications (especially Excel)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in confidential environments
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of human resources experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
