Description
Roles and Responsibilities would included but not resitricted to:
- To achieve staffing objectives by evaluating prospects
- Establish recruiting requirements by studying organisation plans and objects
- Building and nurturing various sources of hiring
- Determine applicant requirements by studying JD and JS
- Sourcing profiles through various job portals and social media platforms
- Ability to drive referencing and head-hunting
- Coordinating with the stakeholders in scheduling evaluation processes at various levels
- Willing to work 6 days a week from Office
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate or Post Graduate with 0-3 years experience in recruitment
- Should possess good communication
- Ability to manage volume hirings and walk-ins independently
- Should be proactive and agrressive in approach clubbed with customer centricity
