Responsibilities :-
- Source and recruit candidates by using social media and job boards like naukri, indeed etc
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants- relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitude
- Complete Documentation and pre joining formalities for hires
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build candidate relationships during the selection process
-Act as a custodian of best candidate experience at Cars24
Requirements :
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- BS/MS in Human Resources Management
- Ability to screen candidates using various interview methods
- Prior experience in Mass hiring or Bulk hiring
- Hands on experience in sourcing candidates through Naukri, Indeed, Quickr, Shine, Referrals and other channels.
