Description
- Responsible for End to End recruitment and accountable for Bulk Hiring/Mass hiring.
- Sourcing CVs, Calling, Scheduling and Interview coordination / follow-up
- Excellent command on jobs portal (Naukri.com) and other sources of recruitment
- Gathering requirement, discussing the bottlenecks and salary bands
- Recruitment coordination, Interview / Offer / Joining.
- Designing the interview process based on the nature of requirement.
- Contributing in meeting the replacement hiring requirements, setting up new Businesses/Teams, Streamlining Responsible for Campus Recruitment Process from strategizing to Execution if required
- Working on improving the recruitment process by reducing the TAT, optimizing source mix ratio and leveraging technology for better results.
- Ensuring high offer to join ratio by ensuring excellent candidate experience and post- offer engagements.
- Handled stakeholder management with complete ownership.
