This is Ria from FFI-Mumbai; we have an opportunity for Network Engineer L1 with our Client
Experience: 1+ yrs
Skill: Working As Network Engineer L1
Should have experience in network environment in cisco and Fortigate Firewall cisco switches and Routing protocol
• Good Knowledge of Protocols for IP Networks e.g. VLAN, VPN, ICMP, ARP, NAT,etc.
• Sound knowledge of OSI layer model, TCP/IP protocols, Sub-netting, VLANs CSMA/CD.
• Sound knowledge of switching technologies like STP, Port Security, Inter VLAN routing, Load balancing etc.
• Good knowledge of IP/IPv4Network Troubleshooting & related tools e.g. PING, Trace Route, Nslookup, Packet capture, Speed test etc.
• Should have handled Cisco switches 2960.
• Log calls for link failure using the tool and provide ticket no.to ISP.
• Monitor the tool for open and pending incident tickets.
• Monitor MPLS, P2P and internet links also monitor all the network devices
• knowledge of IPSec VPN and GRE tunnel configuration
• Basic Knowledge of F5 Load balancer.
• Basic knowledge of Fortigate firewalls, IPS, IDS, WAN optimizer
• Basic knowledge of IPsec remote networks and site to site VPN
• Knowledge of security vulnerabilities, threats and attacks.
• Knowledge of security monitoring tools for log analysi reporting.
• Basic Configure firewall appliances.
• Manage access policies on FortiGate and ASA Firewall as per Customers request.
• Manage and document policy or rule exceptions as and when they occur, with approval from the customer team.

- Cisco NEXUS - 5000 ,9000, 7000
- Catalyst 4500, 2900, 3750
- ASR 1006, ISR 4400
- Troubleshooting of standalone PCs.
- Routing Protocol: RIP, Static BGP, OSPF and EIGRP.
- Switching: VLAN, STP, VTP & VTP prunning.
- Basics of DNS, DHCP.
- OSI Model, TCP/IP Model, ARP, ICMP, TCP and UDP Protocols.
- Knowledge of Fortigate Firewall
- Configuring and troubleshooting Cisco wireless APs for LAN & WAN WLCs.
- Cisco IOS upgradation of Switches using TFTP server.
- Worked on routing protocolslike EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS & IPSEC. • STP, VTP, Port Security, EtherChannels.
- Access lists, Prefix Lists, Rotes maps, Policy Based Routing.
- Worked on Nexus switches 7k ,5K, 2K & VPC.
- Worked on Cisco ACS server for AAA services (TACACS).
- Worked on monitoring tools like Entuity, Solarwinds.
- Hands-on experience on Cisco Routers (2900,ISR-3900,ASR-1000) Switches(2960,3750,4503) ,WLC(Cisco WLC 5508)

CTC to be offered: 30000 CTC
