Required Skills & Experience:
- Review residential mortgage loan applications submitted by clients for accuracy and availability of document for underwriting and closing.
- Processors will review loan 3rd party documents for their availability, accuracy, and validity.
- Team will order 3rd party document, if required via fax, email or call.
- Directly work with onshore processors to get the required documents as per the guidelines.
