Roles and Responsibilities :
- International outbound calling experience.
- High degree of persuasive skills when speaking to clients.
- Able to generate appointments through cold calling.
- Convincing skills/International Tele marketing skills.
- Must have "CAN DO" attitude
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Graduate fresher / experience and UG with 1-2 years of experience is eligible.
- Able to understand Australian Accent and communicate effectively with clients
- It will be permanently working from home role
- ******* Immediate joiners preferred.********
Perks and Benefits :
- 5 days working process with 2 rotational weekend offs.
- Salary - 1.8 LPA for fresher , with 12 months experience or more - 3 LPA
- Apart from the salary they will be entitled to earn performance base commission. Commission could very between 5K-60K per month depending on appointment made by you that will be successfully converted in sales..This is purely subject to meeting set performance targets and should not be committed as guaranteed amount.
