Job Role:

- Handling calls and resolving the queries.
- Provide Back end services to Clients for Customer Service
- Engaged in handling inbound calls or chat of different business Units
- Provide World Class Customer Service.
- End to End Customer handling
- Need to maintain Accuracy in Reports
- You would be engaged in Shared Services of BPO Unit
Eligibility
- Shift: Flexible with all shifts and rotational off.
- Exp: freshers/ experienced
- Location: eco space, Bellandur
- Salary: freshers 25k ctc take home 23k
- experienced 27k ctc, 25k take home
- Qualification: 10th/12th/graduate/post graduate
- Process: international Voice process.( ECONOMIST)
