Internship - Online Merchandiser
Duration: 3 - 6 months (conversion to a full-time employee & Internship extension basis performance)
Job Location: Gurgaon
Responsibilities:
- Creation of merchandising plans and implementation of the same in line with business strategy and medium/short-term objectives.
- Monitor and measure results from campaigns, deals and promotion activities.
- Work cross-functionally with business teams, creative team, marketing etc. to ensure the visibility of respective business is optimized and leading to higher conversion/units
- Take initiatives to grow business and improve merchandising on a regular basis.
Track and measure ROI and analyze impact.
Skills & Education:
- Final year student or graduate majored in fashion design or other relevant courses such as fashion communication, textile/apparel design, etc
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Good presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Basic analytical skills to extract insights from data
- Identify and manage common day to day problems within own area of work
