Job Description

We have current openings for CSR positions in our BPO!!

• No 'SALES PROCESS'
• US shifts: 7:30pm - 4:30am
• Fixed weekly off's(Saturday and Sunday)

Responsibilities and duties:-

• Candidate will be working on client CRM with live orders.
• Agent must take care of calling on all the orders allocated to him for the day
• Must ensure all the necessary procedures and protocols are followed.
• Must ensure one call resolution (OCR).
• Must ensure the work discussed on the call be done after the call.
• Make detailed and understandable notes on the order.
• Must dispose the order in appropriate way to another team for follow up.

Candidates with the following qualities can apply:

• Excellent English & Communication Skills
• 18+ age
• Enthusiastic & Energetic
• Min 1 year of US Voice experience is mandatory.
