Home Care/NSDC/Skill Development/Institution Placement Partners or Recruiter are preferred

Key Areas of Responsibility:

We are looking for an energetic Recruiter/Placement Officer in Kolkata who can do Bulk Hiring or can Mobilize well.

• Sourcing, scheduling and pipeline movement.
• Delivery on the Recruiting Plan, CV sourcing and pipeline movement respectively.
• Engage business leads/Project leads on regular basis to resolve and clarify any recruitment delivery issues.
• Extensive and deep understanding of Lateral recruitment process.
• Responsible for full-cycle recruitment of Hyderabad & Vijayawada Business.
• Responsible for sourcing suitable CVs with good submission rate for achieving a good conversion ratio.
• Major Profile hiring like- GDA Bulk Hiring, Doctors, Nurses, Physiotherapist etc.
