Investor Services Operations - M2Manages a large team or multiple small teams that are responsible for conducting transfer agency operations activities on behalf of assigned clients

• Manages the performance of teams and sets area priorities
• Manages multiple teams in processing distributions, completion of NAV/Rate updates, fund audit fulfillment, gain and loss reporting, settlement, commissions, invoicing and financial payments
• Manages relationships with assigned clients and resolves any escalated issues related to fund transactions, accounting, and reporting
• Develops and manages processes and provides guidance to teams managed to ensure that new client onboarding is successful and fund security master records are maintained in accordance with departmental policies and procedures
• Ensures clients are in compliance with IRS regulatory standards
• Makes accurate and timely delivery of all tax forms to shareholders
• Oversees Federal and State reporting requirements, ensuring timely and accurate information reporting
• Plans, allocates and monitors workflow to ensure that internal and external projects are accurately and timely completed
• Ensures team adheres to quality standards
• Analyzes trends and develops and implements processes to improve team performance
• Ensures compliance with corporate policies and programs
• Develops year-end strategy for year-end reporting
• Responsible for the effective leadership and development of team members
• Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team
• Manages multiple small teams or one large transfer agency operations team
• Contributes to the achievement of team objectives
• Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
• 5-7 years of total work experience with at least 0-1 years of management experience preferred
• Experience in transfer agency operations preferred
