Job Location- Chennai

Role and Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage well-developed professional knowledge of entire products and services line offered by the bank.
Need to address large amount of outbound calls for Credit card & Retail deliverables for RTO cases.
Need to follow the communication scripts when handling different topics.
Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and / or alternatives.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Strong in verbal communication skills along with active listening.
Skills Required:
Candidate has to be Graduate
Fluency in English
