Role: HR Contact Centre Professional (MyHR Live Support)
Key Responsibilities:

Live Support: Handle high-volume phone calls and chats to assist Amazonians globally with HR needs (Benefits, Pay, Relocation, Time-off).

Problem Solving: Use critical thinking and knowledge base articles to resolve inquiries holistically and escalate complex cases.

Customer Obsession: Build trust through empathetic, personalized conversations and adjust resolution plans in real-time.

Performance Metrics: Maintain high standards for contact handling time (AHT), first-contact resolution (FCR), and CSAT scores.

Operations: Adhere to 24/7 rotational shifts and strict schedules to support a global workforce.

Education: Bachelors/Masters ( B.Tech, BBA, MBA, etc )

Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years experience in contact center, customer service, human resources or equivalent experience.

- Basic US legislation Leave of Absence and Accommodations knowledge.

- Knowledge of US federal and state leave and disability laws.

- Experience in providing consultation and guidance on human resources, benefits, or complex employee matters.

- Experience dealing with customers and exceptional use of empathy skills.

- Proven ability to adjust to constantly changing workloads and manage customer contacts in a fast pace environment.

- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information and adhere to strict data privacy standards.

- Detail oriented with ability to analyse, problem solve, organize and manage multiple priorities.
